    • Strengthen project management and quality control systems

    Phase 3: Scale-Up & Replication (24–36 Months)

    • Replicate execution model across additional districts/states
    • Expand capacity in renewable energy and recycling operations
    • Enter larger government tenders and PSU contracts
    • Improve asset utilisation and operational efficiency
    • Create long-term partnerships with infrastructure developers
